OBIT SIMON, EDITH HOPE

SIMON, Edith Hope, 67, of Wytheville, died Tuesday, May 11, 1993, in the Wythe County Community Hospital. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Simon Ellis, Fairfax; two sons, B. Gregory Simon, Blacksburg, Vernon Simon, Troutdale; two sisters, Katie Gilman, Wytheville, Eleanore Brown, Bristol; one brother, John Cline, Manassas, Va., six grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the West End Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Gillman Funeral Chapel, Wytheville, is in charge of the arrangements.
