One-time Patrick Henry star George Lynch, who led North Carolina to the NCAA basketball championship, will return to the Roanoke area on Saturday night to play in an all-star game that will benefit the Roanoke Hawks AAU program, of which he is a graduate.

The game will start at 7:30 p.m. at Salem High School.

Other participants include Richard Morgan from Virginia, Doug Day from Radford, Jason Niblett from East Tennessee State and twins Ramon and Damon Williams from VMI.

The event includes a slam-dunk contest and 3-point shootout. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for children 12 and under.
