What else would a guy 15 to 22 want in a magazine, ask the publishers of Inside Edge. It's raunchy. It's hip. It's definitely not for women.
The cover says it all: A hunky guy with two women - in short jeans shorts - pawing his body. The premiere issue proclaims that it's "better than sex, less filling than beer."
In-depth articles include all you want to know about sex from "the hottest women we know," the latest condoms on the market and how to dump your girlfriend. Also a first-person piece on experiencing LSD - though not until the end do we discover the writer is against it.
Advice comes from "Ask Mike," who can tell you how to get a woman to sleep with you. And "Ask Monique" - all pout and bare shoulders - will answer: "Do women really like sex?"
Do a quiz to find out "How big a stud are you?" and find out "How to know when a woman wants it bad."
The creators are two Harvard University students who figured there wasn't a magazine for regular guys like them. It's touted as the only publication for students by students.
Clearly, this is a guy thing. Women wouldn't understand.
