WILDLIFE BIOLOGIST TO SPEAK AT MUSEUM

Wildlife biologist Betsy Stinson of the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries will speak on wildlife mortality and pesticides May 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Museum of Natural History, 428 N. Main St.

She will be the guest of the New River Valley Environmental Coalition. Stinson monitors wildlife mortality throughout Virginia and will explain how people can help with the monitoring process. The coalition's regular meeting follows the program. Call 231-3001.
