AUSTIN, Norman Michael Sr., ("Mike"), 40, of Rocky Mount, died Thursday,
May 13, 1993, at Franklin Memorial Hospital. He was service manager of
Franklin Ford. Surviving are his wife, Virginia Robertson Austin; one daughter
and son-in-law, Angie and Dennis Hale of Rocky Mount; two sons, Normal Michael
Austin Jr. of Ferrum, Julian Austin of Rocky Mount; his parents, Chris and
Marie Austin of Ferrum; one brother and sister-in-law, Joel and Debbie Austin
of Ferrum; his mother-in-law, Gracie B. Robertson of Glade Hill. Funeral
services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday from Lynch Chapel with the Rev.
William Doss and Rev. William R. Shively. Interment will follow in Franklin
Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Friday
where the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m.
