FIELDER IS MOST QUALIFIED

ON MAY 15, Democrats in Roanoke will choose their nominee for commissioner of revenue. I have known Marsha Compton Fielder for 21 years and know her to be honest, intelligent and hard-working. She has always had a genuine concern for people, and we need her to represent us in government.

Because of her experience in a commissioner of revenue's office, she is the most qualified candidate. It is time for women to have a representative in City Hall. Her character, drive and experience makes her the right choice. LISA A. DUNCAN ROANOKE
