BANGLE-WADDELL

Rachel Lynn Bangle and Scott William Waddell are engaged and planning to be married August 14, 1993 in Harrisonburg, Va. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Max Landey. She graduated from Cave Spring High School and James Madison University and is a graduate student at Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, Md. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Waddell of Harrisonburg. He graduated from Harrisonburg High School and James Madison University. He is employed by Washington Professional Systems in Wheaton, Md.
