MORAN-SHEPHERD

Stephanie Shepherd and Danny Moran were united in marriage on May 15, 1993 in Oakland Baptist Church. The Rev. Richard Moran, uncle of the groom, was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held at the home of the bride's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John Martin.

Stacey Shepherd, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Julie Tyree, sister of the groom; Tina Moran, sister-in-law of the groom; Lori Semones, Sheila Lawson and Brandi Matthews, friends of the bride. Ashley Crowder, cousin of the groom, was the flowergirl. Terry Moran served as his son's best man. The ushers were Mikey Moran and Mark Moran, brothers of the groom; Mike Tyree, brother-in-law of the groom; Mark Terry, Roger Smith, Scott Cook and Charlie Nixon, friends of the groom. Michael Tyree, Jr., nephewof the groom, was the ringbearer. The candlelighters were Mikey Moran and Mark Moran. Jenny Crowder, cousin of the groom, was the guestbook attendant.

Stephanie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. David Shepherd of Blue Ridge. She is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Danny is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Moran of Troutville. He is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is employed by Fuel Oil & Equipment Co.

Following a wedding trip to Pilot Knob, North Carolina, the newlyweds will reside in Roanoke.
