PARNELL-HASKINS

Elizabeth Hope Haskins and Thomas Hugh Parnell, Jr. were married on May 15, 1993, at First Broad Street United Methodist Church, Kingsport, Tennessee.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Haskins of Kingsport, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs.Richard E. Haskins, Jr., of Roanoke. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Parnell, Sr., of Kingsport.

The couple are both graduates of the University of Tennessee, and will reside in Knoxville.
