SIEBER-RATCHFORD
Libby Lyerly Ratchford and Bascom Alden Sieber were married May 8, 1993, in
Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Reverend Mark Wm. Radecke and Reverend
Philip F. Humphries performed the ceremony. The reception was held
atAlexander's in Roanoke, Va. The matron of honor was Mrs. Libby Camper, a
friend. Bridesmaids were Ms. Tami Miller and Mrs. Kelly Walsh, friends. Junior
attendants were Erin Leigh Ratchford, daughter of the bride, and Charlotte
LeeLeftwich, niece of the groom. The best man was Dr. Homer A. Sieber, father
of the groom. Ushers were Larry D. Lyerly, brother of the bride, and Steven
E.Leftwich, brother-in-law of the groom. The candlelighter was Stephen
A.Leftwich. The guestbook was attended by Miss Katie Camper. The bride is a
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill R. Lyerly, of Dallas, N.C. She graduated from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, N.C., and is employed by Dr.
Randy Norbo. The groom is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Homer A. Sieber, of Roanoke,
Va. He graduated from Roanoke College and received his Master's degree from
Radford University. He is employed by Roanoke County Schools. After a wedding
trip to Charleston, S.C., the newlyweds will live in Roanoke, Va.
