OBIT WHITE, JACKIE
WHITE, Jackie ("Maw Maw"), 56, of Blountville, Tenn., died at her home,
Friday, May 14, 1993. She was a native of Roanoke and had lived in Blountville
since 1974, she was a member of the First Baptist Church, Blountville. She had
been associated with Tupperware for 32 years, and had been a distributor for
the past 19 years. She is survived by her husband, Robert White; one daughter,
Pam White Manuel; one son, Tim White, all of Blountville; two brothers,
Raymond (Wacky) Robertson, and Marvin Robertson, both of Roanoke; five
grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; one daughter-in-law, Kim White;
a son-in-law, Bud Manuel; the following grandchildren, Jason Poole, Murphy
White, Meaghan, Jackie White, and Micah Manuel; a special niece, Sherry
Robertson Lockhart; pallbearers, Tommy Ray Philpott, Gerry Philpott, Michael
Robertson, Doug Lockhart, Michael Lee and Mark Hodgins. Funeral services will
be conducted at the graveside, Sherwood Memorial Park, 1 p.m. Monday, May 17,
1993, with the Rev. Clay Austin and the Rev. John Rayburn officiating. Friends
may call at Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2
to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
