BOUCHER TO SPEAK AT ANNUAL MEETING

Council of Community Services will hold its 33rd annual meeting at 12:30 p.m. Monday at the Tanglewood Holiday Inn to start a new program year with the election of officers.

Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Abingdon, will give a talk on the future of human services.

The Roanoke-based council is a regional human services planning agency. The luncheon meeting is open to the public, but reservations should be made by Wednesday by calling 985-0131.
