EDUCATION GROUP HONORS BOUCHER

The National Education Association has chosen Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Abingdon, as the only member of Virginia's congressional delegation to receive its Education All-Star Team Award.

The association makes the award to legislators with a 90 percent or better voting record for legislation supported by the organization. Boucher got a 100 percent rating.
