OBIT PELTON, GEOFFREY REED

PELTON, Geoffrey Reed, 20, of Roanoke County, died Sunday, May 16, 1993. He was a 1992 graduate of Cave Spring High School and was a student at Virginia Western Community College. Surviving are his parents, George R. and Leslie S. Pelton; a sister, Jennifer S. Pelton, all of Roanoke County; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Sims, Lynchburg, Mrs. Jean R. Pelton, Roanoke Co.; a close friend, Tina Read; also his aunt, uncles, and cousins, all of Lynchburg. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel Wednesday, May 19, 11 a.m. with David and Pam Anderson of Young Life officiating. Interment in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel.
