OBIT WRIGHT, GARY WAYNE
WRIGHT, Gary Wayne, 39, of Columbia, S.C., died Monday, May 17, 1993. He
was formerly from Narrows, Va. and currently resided at 1725 Nearview Ave. in
Columbia. He was born on October 31, 1953, at Narrows, Va., and was the son of
Mr. Ernest Wright, Harrisonburg, Va., and the late Sarah Elizabeth Gray
Wright. He was a medical equipment repair technician and was a member of the
Columbia Northeast Christian Church in Columbia, S.C. In addition to his
father, he is survived by his wife, Freda Shrader Wright, Columbia, S.C., a
daughter, Miss Amy Wright, Pearisburg, Va., a son, Justin Wright, Columbia,
S.C., a brother, James Robertson, Narrows, Va.; a sister, Miss Michelle
Robertson, Narrows, Va.; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Creddie Gray, Narrows,
Va. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Riffe's Funeral
Chapel in Narrows, with Rev. Dan Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in
Fairview Cemetery in Narrows. The family will meet their friends at Riffe's in
Narrows, Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
