ARTIST KATHERINE LIU TO TEACH AND JUDGE AT HIGHLANDS FESTIVAL

Katherine Chang Liu will serve as art juror and workshop instructor for the 1993 Virginia Highlands Festival.

Liu, former president of the National Watercolor Society, will conduct a watercolor workshop for intermediate and advanced students on July 27-31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at E.B. Stanley Elementary School in Abingdon. Cost of the workshop is $150.
