OBIT MORGAN, BENJAMIN RICHARD
MORGAN, Benjamin Richard, 76, of Lexington, died Wednesday, May 19, 1993,
at the Stonewall Jackson Hospital, Lexington, Va. Mr. Morgan was born on
August 27, 1916, a son of the late Charles Morgan and Clara Tortorice Morgan.
He was married to Gladys B. Morgan, Lexington. Mr. Morgan was a retired
salesman, a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church, a member of the
Lexington Moose Lodge, and served in WW II in the U.S. Army Air Force. In
addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Dennis R. Morgan, Columbus,
Ohio; two sisters, Angela Rowen, Cleveland, Ohio, Margaret Morgan, Washington,
D.C.; and a brother, Sam Morgan, Tampa, Fla. Funeral services will be
conducted from the graveside, Saturday, May 22, 1993, at 11 a.m. at the
Stonewall Jackson Cemetery, with the Rev. Father J. Morton Biber officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 7 to 8 with a Prayer Service
at 7:30 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
