SHOWTIMERS AUDITIONS

Showtimers will hold auditions for its upcoming musical, Stephen Sondheim's ``Follies,'' Saturday May 22 at 4 p.m. and Sunday May 23 at 2 p.m.

The tryouts will be held at the Showtimers Studio Theatre on McVitty Road in Roanoke County. Roles are open for 12 women and 11 men ages 30-70, eight women and six men ages 17-25, and five female dancers, 17-20s. Those auditioning for featured or principal roles must sing a Broadway tune with accompaniment and perform simple dance steps. Dancers can expect a more complicated dance audition.
