OBIT DUNCAN, SARAH M.

DUNCAN, Sarah M., 86, of Liberty Street, Christiansburg, died Thursday, May 20, 1993, in Radford Community Hospital. She was the widow of Dewey A. Duncan and is survived by one daughter, Clara D. Barton, Christiansburg; two sons, Harold H. Duncan, Richmond, Early B. Duncan, Sr., Floyd; five sisters, Hattie Duncan, Montvale, Letha Smith, Salem, Ruby Harris, Reba Duncan, and Treva Cromer, all of Christiansburg; one brother, Jessie Mitchell, Christiansburg; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday from the Richardson-Horne Funeral Chapel, conducted by Elder Sidney E. Rakes with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are being handled by Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
