SUTPHIN-CROUCH

Kelly Trinette Crouch and Timothy Wayne Sutphin were united in marriage on May 22, 1993, at Bethel Baptist Church in Salem. Dr. Rudy Holland and Rev. Jim Herron officiated. The reception was held in the church fellowship hall.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carson D. Crouch of Salem and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Crouch and the late Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Montgomery. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. Sutphin of Salem and the grandson of Mrs. Helen Brumfield and the late Thomas Brumfield and Mrs. Louise Sutphin and the late WalkerSutphin.

Sandra Crouch was her sister's maid of honor. Matron of honor was Paula Leonard, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Crouch, sister-in-lawof the bride; Beverly Jones and Alyson Montgomery, cousins of the bride.Flowergirl was Sydni Gould, cousin of the groom. Ken Sutphin, father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Ric Brumfield, uncle of the groom; Pete Fox, friend of the groom; Jon David Sutphin, cousin of the groom; and Todd Sutphin, brother of the groom. Ringbearer was Evan Gould, cousin of the groom. The guestbook was attended by LindaRobertson. Patricia Turner-Hale assisted in handing out programs.

The bride is a graduate of Salem High School and is employed by AtlanticMutual Insurance Companies. The groom is a graduate of Salem High School and Virginia Western Community College and is employed by Carlen Controls. Thenewlyweds will make their home in Salem following a wedding trip to Nashville.
