LAWHORN ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Moorman L. Lawhorn celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 10, 1993. The celebration was held at Chamblissburg Baptist Church Fellowship Hall and was hosted by their children and grandchildren. The couple were married April 15, 1943 in Roanoke, Virginia. She is the former Margaret Dearing. They have two children, Donald Lawhorn of Roanoke and Michael Lawhorn of Houston, Texas, threegrandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mr. Lawhorn is semi-retired fromWhiting Oil Co. Mrs. Lawhorn is retired from General Electric.
