Pressley, whose best finish in his past three races was 22nd, led the final 24 laps of the 200-lap event on the 1-mile Nazareth Speedway tri-oval, keeping his Chevrolet 2.18 seconds ahead of Grissom's Chevy for his first win at Nazareth.
"We knew we didn't have the fastest car, but we'll take the win," said Pressley, who had an average speed of 94.192 mph in his ninth career win.
Pressley, who won $19,175, also won March 27 at Darlington, S.C.
Ward Burton, who led the first 110 laps, finished third in a Buick. David Green was fourth in a Chevy, Butch Miller fifth in an Oldsmobile and Bown sixth in a Pontiac.
The round of pit stops that gave Pressley the lead included some confusion. Pole-sitter and defending race champion Todd Bodine and Ricky Craven were a lap down when they made stops with the leaders - which was news to Bodine.
"We didn't think we were a lap [down] at the time we pitted," said Bodine, who had set a track qualifying record of 126.311 mph. "Maybe it would not have mattered at the end. I don't know."
