OBIT MCCULLOUGH, HELEN FLORENE

McCULLOUGH, Helen Florene, 73, of Buchanan, died Saturday, May 22, 1993. She was a member of the Assemblies of God Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert E. (Jack) McCullough; two sons, Melvin E. Thompson of Fincastle, James H. Thompson of Vinton; one daughter, Rachel Fitzgerald of Buchanan; three stepsons, Joseph McCullough, Mike McCullough and Phillip McCullough, all of Buchanan; one sister, Thelma Garman of Lexington; 11 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2 p.m. at the Rader Buchanan Chapel with the Rev. Ken Butterworth officiating. Interment will follow in the High Bridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
