DON'T BELIEVE THE PROPAGANDA

INSTEAD of a concern of "ethnic cleansing" in Bosnia, we should concern ourselves with government's "ethnic cleansing" in Waco, Texas.

All we get is hearsay from people who are covering their own mistakes, or are setting us up for a book or miniseries. No crime has been proved, and what we hear is what is alleged, but reported as absolute undeniable fact.

Where are the American Civil Liberties Union, Jews, African-Americans and outraged citizenry? It should be obvious to even a casual observer that the media are the propaganda ministry of the government. That is what happens when your license to broadcast is held hostage to what and how news is presented.

Everyone that I have talked with about this tragic and avoidable situation thinks that the government is wrong. The media report that the public is overwhelmingly supportive of the action taken. Where is the proof? DOUG GRAHAM SALEM
