OBIT GRAHAM, ELIZABETH LEWIS
GRAHAM, Elizabeth Lewis, 100, of Marion, died Sunday, May 23, 1993, in
Smyth County Community Hospital. Mrs. Graham was a faithful church worker,
where she was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Harry A. Graham and a son, Aaron H. Graham.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary G. Sharpe, Wytheville; one son and
daughter-in-law, Phillip and Jeanette Graham, Rural Retreat; a
daughter-in-law, Roslyn Graham, Newark, Del., eight grandchildren, 18
great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will
be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church with
Dr. Loren Dow and Rev. Buford Hankins officiating. Burial will follow in Round
Hill Cemetery. The body will be taken to the church one hour before the
service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mt. Pleasant United
Methodist Church. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 8
at Seaver-Brown Funeral Chapel or anytime at the home of Phillip and Jeanette
Graham in Rural Retreat, Va. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service is in charge of the
arrangements.
