OBIT FEAZELLE, VIRGINIA S. DAVIS
FEAZELLE, Virginia S. Davis, 77, of Rocky Mount, died Monday, May 24, 1993,
in Franklin Healthcare Center. Mrs. Feazelle was born December 30, 1915, a
daughter of Mr. Foley A. Stoker and the late Sadie F. Stoker. She was preceded
in death by her husbands, Melvin Davis and David Feazelle; one daughter, Nancy
L. Davis and two brothers, Clive Stoker and Paige Stoker. Surviving in
addition to her father, are one son and daughter-in-law, Leon and Leitha
Davis, Martinsville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Juanita J. and Jimmy
Stanley and Shelby Dillon, all of Rocky Mount; ten grandchildren, ten
great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Click Stoker;
two sisters, Wanda Higgin and Pansy Wingler, all of Sparta, N. C. Funeral
services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 1993, at the
Arrington-Bussey Chapel with the Rev. Hollis W. Harris and the Rev. Joan Smith
officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the Franklin County Rescue Squad. The family will
receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home,
Rocky Mount.
