Art entries needed
Artworks for the annual Lynwood Artists exhibit are being accepted Tuesday at the Piedmont Arts Association in Martinsville.
All works must be delivered to PAA at 215 Starling Ave. between 3:30 and 6 p.m. The entry fee is $15.
The show will remain on display at the arts center through July 3. An awards reception will be held June 4 from 7-9 p.m. For entry information, call 632-3221.
Workshop for men
A men's workshop titled "Exploring Masculinity" will be held Saturday at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Roanoke.
This workshop will address gender-specific issues facing men today. Facilitators will be Jim Borling, a Board Certified Music Therapist and Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery, and Ted Petrocci, a National Board Certified Clinical Counselor.
