THE MAYOR'S DAY OF PRAYER

THIS LETTER is in regard to the news article by Mike Hudson (May 7, "Day of prayer questioned") about Mayor Bowers being "on thin ice" when he designated an official Day of Prayer.

We need more days of prayer, and the American Civil Liberties Union especially needs our prayers. All Christians need to take a stand on this issue.
