WILDER'S SNUB OF EXPLORE PARK

If Virginia doesn't want anything to do with the Explore Park project, what do we need with a trade office in Africa? At least Explore will create jobs and revenue here.

They have probably bombed or burned everything over there, and they need something to tear up next time they get mad at us.
