REYNOLDS A LEADER OF RETIREE GROUP

Robert K. Reynolds has been elected first vice president of the Virginia Federation of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

Reynolds, a retired Virginia Tech Extension agricultural economist, will serve a two-year term.

Reynolds is the president of the association's New River Valley Chapter.

James M. Moore, also of Blacksburg, will become chairman of the association's state bylaws committee.
