PULASKI BANK FILING FOR CHARTER JUNE 7

Organizers for the proposed Community National Bank plan to file their application for a charter June 7.

They all were interviewed Monday by a three-member panel representing the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Atlanta. Wayne Carpenter, the organizers' spokesman, said the meeting was a filing requirement. Panelists were William Abernathy, bank-analysis director; John Stein, licensing director; and Dennis Oswald, corporate analysis.
