CRIME LINE

A series of residential burglaries is the subject of this month's Crime Line.

During the past four months, several homes have been burglarized in the Norwood subdivision of Roanoke, Bellview Park and Ellis Court in Salem and Montclair Estates in Roanoke County.

Cash, guns, jewelry, televisions, videocassette recorders, camcorders, stereos and other electronic items were stolen.

Rewards of up to $1,000 are being offered for information that leads to arrest and indictment in connection with this and other crimes. Anyone with information may call 344-8500 and give the information anonymously. The caller is given a number that is used for identification and need not give a name.
