FOR THE RECORD

Jon Blankenship's name was misspelled and his age, 13, was incorrectly given in a story in Thursday's newspaper.

An illustration in Thursday's Extra section gave an incorrect date for the Dominion Bank-First Union Festival Classic 5K and 10K run, which will be June 5 in Elmwood Park.

Because of a reporter's error, an incorrect date was given in a Thursday Business page story for next week's First Friday event. The correct date is June 4.

Gabor Egyed, the Pulaski man who was injured when his General Motors pickup truck caught fire in a collision, is a driver for Keal Drive Away Co. of Dublin, a company that contracts with Volvo-GM Heavy Truck Co. to transport trucks. A story in Wednesday's paper incorrectly identified his employer. Also, the first name of Egyed's wife, Margie, was incorrect.
