OBIT HODGES, DAVID LEON

HODGES, David Leon, 29, of Rocky Mount, died Thursday, May 27, 1993, unexpectedly, at his residence. He was born April 24, 1964, a son of Nelson T. and Florence Hodges, Rocky Mount. In addition to his parents, surviving are his wife, Patsy Ann Lawrence Hodges; one son, Robert Leon Hodges, of the home; grandmother, Maude Stanley Sink, Callaway; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Linwood Lee and Loretta Hodges, Thomas Wayne Hodges, all of Rocky Mount; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Sheila H. Lynch, Dale and Milton ("Mickey") Lynch, Tammy and Ricky Dillon, all of Rocky Mount; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert Randolph and Annie Mae Lawrence, Chatham; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Saturday with Rev. John R. Leeper officiating. Interment will follow in the Hodges Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service, 342 S. Main Street, Rocky Mount.
