Amy Joyce Conner and Aimen Moustafa El-Sayed were married May 22, 1993, in
First Baptist Church by Joe Burton, Pastor. The maid of honor was Ann Conner.
Bridesmaids were Kristie Conner, Vanessa Johnson, Kim Alls and Deanna
Anzevino. Soheila Mobarak was flower girl. Best man was Ali Al-Kathiry.
Groomsmen were Saad Farouk, Osama Al-Wahaibi, Howie Phillips and Sean
Phillips. Ringbearer was Travis Turpin. The wedding was directed by Lynn
Phillips. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Conner, of Radford,
and the granddaughter of Mrs. Eula Phillips and the late Joyce Phillips and
the late Luther and Grace Conner.
The couple will make their home in Northern Virginia.
