HANCOCK-HARDEN

Ashlie Nichols Harden and Jeffrey Taylor Hancock were united in holymatrimony Saturday, May 15, in First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach. Dr. J. Scottie Griffin performed theceremony. The reception was held at Princess Anne Country Club.

Mason LeCompte, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Chrissy Huffine, Sonnya Dennis, Michelle McDermott and Kristi Zimmerman were bridesmaids.

Mark Hancock, father of the groom, served as best man. Ushers were Chris Anderson, Doug Austin, Marcus Buchert, Jon Harden, Briant Lawton, KirkLeCompte and Michael Snyder.

The groom is the son of Mark and Becky Hancock of Salem. He is thepaternal grandson of Gordon andKathleen Hancock of Salem and thematernal grandson of the late, Jesse and Ozena Webb. The bride is the daughter of Robbie and Lee LeCompte, Va. Beach, Va. and David and Janet Harden, Yorktown, Va.

Mr. Hancock, a graduate of Northside High, is a 1991 graduate of Virginia Tech and is presently employed as an engineer by E.T.S. Inc. in Roanoke. Mrs. Hancock,a 1990 graduate of Virginia Tech, ispresently attending Virginia-Maryland Regional School of VeterinarianMedicine.

After a trip to the Bahamas, the couple is residing in Blacksburg.
