HECK-ADAMS

Jana Lee Adams and David Thomas Heck were married May 29, 1993 at Unity Church of the Roanoke Valley. TheReverend Alan Rowbotham officiated the double ring ceremony.

The maid of honor was Denise Higgins, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Lori Heck, sister of the groom; KaraJohnson and Candice Smith, both friends of the bride. The flowergirl was Molly Briggs, cousin of the bride.

The best man was Walter O. Heck, father of the groom. The ushers were Daniel Adams, brother of the bride; David Bishop and Lee Lewis, both friends of the groom. The ringbearer was Brandon Heck, nephew of the groom.

The guestbook was attended by Misty Hodge. Servers were Pam Witt and Lisa Heck. The reception was coordinated by Sandra Correll. Photography was byBarry Brooks.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Adams of Vinton. She is a graduate of William Byrd High School and Roanoke College.

The groom is the son of Mr. Walter Heck of Thaxton and the late Mrs. Joyce B. Heck. He is a graduate of Liberty High School and is employed as a medic with Roanoke City Emergency Services.

After a Caribbean Cruise, the couple will reside in Blue Ridge.
