O'BRIEN-CAWTHON

Paula Joy Cawthon and Patrick Scott O'Brien were married May 29, 1993, in Southview United Methodist Church with Reverend George M. Pearson, Jr. officiating. The reception was held at the church.

The matron of honor was Debbie Wolfe, friend of the bride. The best man was Tony Ritter, friend of the groom. The ushers were David O'Brien, brother of the groom, and Andy Eames, friend of the bride and groom. The guestbook was attended by Diane Mitchell.

Paula is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Cawthon of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Blue Mound High School, Blue Mound, Il. and Patricia Stevens Career College, St. Louis, Mo. Scott is the son of Mr. and Mrs. O. N. O'Brien of Roanoke. He attended William Byrd High School and is a graduate of ECPI. Both are employed by Paul B. Williams, Inc.

After the wedding trip to Cancun, the newlyweds will reside in Roanoke.
