OBIT WHITE, ANNA LOUISE

WHITE, Anna Louise, 57, of Roanoke, died Friday, May 28, 1993. She was employed with the Transportation Department of Roanoke City Public Schools. Survivors include her husband, J. H. White; two daughters, Patrice White, Roanoke, and Joyce M. White, Greensboro, N.C.; two sons, Ricky J. White and Troy O. White, both of Roanoke; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Jessie and Eddie Marshall, Mount Holly, N.J., Hilda and Elwood Preston, Carolyn and James Henry Ferrell, all of Roanoke; two stepbrothers, Leroy Thompson and William Thompson; two grandchildren L. Lamont White and Damon C. White, all of Roanoke; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Britton Taylor will officiate with interment in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
