OBIT EDWARDS, WALTER CLABON

EDWARDS, Walter Clabon, 82, of Route 7, Rocky Mount, died Saturday, May 29, 1993. He is survived by one son, Emanuel C. Edwards, Greensboro, N.C.; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Reesby, Long Branch, N.J.; three brothers, Eddie Edwards, Rocky Mount, James Poindexter, New York, N.Y., Richard Edwards, Washington, D.C.; two grandchildren; one daughter-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday 11 a.m. at Ephesus Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Clarence Jamison officiating. The family will receive friends at Stanfield Mortuary Chapel Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m. Interment in the Edwards Family Cemetery.
