OBIT-MILLER, EVANGELINE WOODRUFF ("EVE")

MILLER, Evangeline Woodruff, ("Eve"), of Roanoke, died Saturday, May 29, 1993. Mrs. Miller was a widow of Russell D. Miller. Surviving are sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances W. Fisher, Hazel W. and Gilbert Smith, Agnes W. Harris, Faye W. and Rodney Dixon; brothers and sisters-in-law, James M. and Elizabeth Woodruff, all of Roanoke, Robert C. and Pauline Woodruff, Port Orange, Fla.; a stepson-in-law and wife, Walter and Elieen Miller, Modesto, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West End Presbyterian Church, 1200 Campbell Ave., S.W., Roanoke, Va. 24016. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Burial Park. The Rev. H.D. Scoggins will officiate. Arrangements by Oakey's South Chapel.
