GRAYSON COUNTY FALLS 3-2

Ben Campbell pitched a complete game and hit a solo home run as Lebanon edged Grayson County 3-2 in eight innings Wednesday night in Region C high school baseball.

Campbell gave up six hits, struck out six and walked three as the Pioneers (21-1) advanced to a semifinal meeting with Glenvar at 5 p.m. Friday. Castlewood, a 10-1 winner over Covington, meets Giles at 2 p.m. Friday.

Matthew Campbell drove in the runs for Grayson County (12-7) with a single in the sixth inning.
