OBIT-THRASHER, WILLIAM FLOYD, ("TAD")
THRASHER, William Floyd, ("Tad"), 41, of Roanoke, passed away Wednesday in
Tampa, Fla. He was an Electronic Engineer and an Air Force Veteran. He was a
Presbyterian. He is survived by his wife Valerie; one stepson, Jonathan Atnip
of Orlando, Fla.; one daughter, Jaime Thrasher of Munising, Mich.; his
parents, Betty and William Thrasher of Roanoke; two brothers, Joseph S.
Thrasher of Tuscaloosa, Ala., John S. Thrasher of Charlotte, N.C.; one sister,
Nancy James of Roanoke; three nieces and one nephew. Memorial services will be
held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his memory
to the American Cancer Society. Florida Mortuary, Tampa Chapel, is in charge
of arrangements.
