OBIT RECTOR, MARY BOWER

RECTOR, Mary Bower, 81, of Newport News, Va., died Friday, June 4, 1993, in Riverside Regional Medical Center. She was born in Bedford, Va., where she was a resident of 15 years and a housewife. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Constance R. Dubovsky and Nancy E. Rector, both of Marietta, Ga.; two sisters, Jewell B. Jennings and Fleeta B. Cheek, Roanoke, Va.; one son, James O. Rector, Fullerton, Calif.; one brother, M. Lee Bowyer, Tucson, Ariz.; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, in the Riverside Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Davidson officiating. A graveside service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Roanoke. The family will receive friends Sunday following the service until 3 p.m. Riverside Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
