HERDMAN-FRAZIER

Dr. and Mrs. Terry L. Herdman, of Blacksburg, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimbra Lynn Herdman, to Charles Jay Frazier, son of Mr. Skip Frazier, of Richmond, and Mrs. Marlene Frazier, of Newport.

Kimbra is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and will complete her accounting degree this summer. She is employed by Virginia Tech Computing Center in Blacksburg. Jay is a graduate of Giles High School and is employed by Automaster in Blacksburg. Their wedding is planned for the summer of 1994.
