FERNER-GLONTZ

Shelly Anne Glontz and Jeffrey Todd Ferner were united in marriage on June 5, 1993 in St. Andrew's Catholic Church. Rev. Kenneth Stofft was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held at the Marriott.

Cheryl Murray, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Thebridesmaids were Martha Zweier, Martha Eubank, Amy Sisson, Mindy Stokes,Cynthia Gibson and Gine Knox, friends of the bride. The flowergirl was Michelle Murray, niece of the bride. Jack Ferner served as his son's best man. The ushers were David Glontz and Michael Glontz, brothers of the bride; Scott Ferner,Clayton Ferner and Kendall Ferner, brothers of the groom; and Todd Jarvis, step-brother of the groom.

Shelly is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Gary E. Glontz of Roanoke. She is agraduate of Wake Forest University and is employed by USAIR as a SeniorMarketing Analyst. Jeffrey is the sonof Mrs. Sara Ferner of Lewisville, N.C. and Mr. Jack Ferner of Winston-Salem, N.C. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and is a self-employed building contractor.

Following their wedding trip to St. Maartin, the newlyweds will reside in Pfafftown, N.C.
