OBIT BRADLEY, MELVIN ANDREW ("JACK")

BRADLEY, Melvin Andrew ("Jack"), age 68, of Bedford, passed away Saturday, June 5, 1993, in the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. He was born July 23, 1924, in Bedford County, a son of the late George W. Bradley and Nora Ellis Hubbard Bradley. He was a retired employee of Singer Furniture and was a member of the Wilson's United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Bradley; three brothers, James A. Bradley, Vinton, Harry Bradley, Moneta, George Lee Bradley, Durham, N.C. A memorial service will be conducted Monday, June 7, 1993, at 2 p.m. from the Day Room at Oakwood Manor in the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home, Bedford.
