GOVERNOR'S SAFETY AWARDS HONOR 4

Four area individuals and organizations received the Governor's Transportation Safety Awards last month in Hampton.

William R. Hughes, of Norfolk Southern Corp., Paul Howell, of the Virginia state boating course, judges on the 23rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Roanoke and the Salem Police Department were recognized.
