GREEN, Lewis A., 67, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, June 9, 1993. Surviving are his children, Louella Green Hazzard, Jerry Green, both of Roanoke; his brothers and sisters, Ruth Lamb, Nace, Calif., Myrtle Wilkes, Louise Turner, both of Vallejo, Calif., Geneva Almond, Doris Conley, Carl D. Green, William R. (Buddy) Green, all of Roanoke; several nieces and nephews. Graveside servies will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
