Julie Leigh James and James Andrew Gallion II are engaged and planning to be married on September 25, 1993 in Centreville, Va. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richad James of Warren, Pa. She was graduated from Warren Area High School and Slippery Rock University of Pa. She is employed by Defense Mapping Agency. He is a son of Dr. and Mrs. James A. Gallion of Daleville, Va. He was graduated from Northside High School and Virginia Tech and is attending Ohio State University where he is presently working on a master's degree. He is employed by Defense Mapping Agency.
